200 g Hery nebo másla 400 g hladké mouky 1 kysaná smetana (možno nahradit bílým jogurtem)

Příprava:

Vše smícháme. Vzniklé těsto se nelepí, neláme. Nemusíme ani pomoučit vál. Výborné naplnit tvarohovou směsí (s rumem, rozinkami, vanilkou, cukrem...). Yummi
